Incompetent staff and Supervisors

I sent someone to deposit money at the money market, fine the was deposited successfully there was no problem it all started when the receiver had to withdraw the money at Shoprite, their system showed an error which we couldn't get the money and we were told to go back to Fourways, I then picked up the phone and called them, a Supervisor by the name of Eunice said they are offline and there's they could do Shoprite has to give us our money, I then asked to speak to the Manager and the Supervisor denied me that opportunity to speak to her line, my frustration with the incompetent staff members of Checkers and Shoprite Vosloorus and Roodepoort where they didn't show any eagerness and love of Customers and their pathetic behavior has cost me a R3000 profit and R200 petroleum. I didn't manage to service my clients because of incompetent staff of Checkers and Shoprite and worse part of it when I went back to Fourways to try and resolve their customer service staff said the was withdrawn when I asked where and when and also by who they said to me their couldn't show that information I then ask to see a Manager whom they called and She assisted me and promised to call me to date no call
