On the 25th of August me and my family went into checkers diamond pavilion Kimberley I was standing looking at the toys when I saw a car for my son with a price saying R99.00 so when I wanted it they told me they cannot give it to me for that price well what happened to the price you see is the price you pay so I said but I want it for that price and the salesfloor manager told me no. So for sure your company policies mean nothing. I am so upset, because was it my mistake that the wrong price was there. That was bad customer service and surely they lost a customer, because of rude manager and salesfloor person that could not handle me as customer in a good way. Very very dissapointed I am for sure. I hope this case can be sorted out.
