YDE's quality and customer service has become so bad that shopping there often ends up as returned goods and complaints with the store.
I have experienced 2 very poor visits in the last 2 weeks. Once at the Umhlanga mall where the cashier could not even give me a number to call to report a lost card. I had to collect a credit application and call from that and from my own phone. No help was offered whats so ever. As the store can't issue a replacement card these items were bought as a gift for me.
On my return to Joburg I notice that the pants that were bought were so badly made and the buttons were falling off. I want to return this to the Sandton branch but they will not credit a credit card if unless it was the original card as this being a gift I was not in position of this card.
So I am now given a gift voucher which I dont want to use at your stores as I feel that you commitment to customers and the quality does not warrant my money.
I feel that keeping my account with you is not worth the frustration that I see to have every time I visit a store.
The service and quality needs to be rectified or more disgruntled shoppers will stop shopping at your store.
