I bought a pair of black shoes on the 23rd of January, wore them on the 24th and only walked a very short distance. Gautrain station Sandton to a building across the road. The shoes sole is damaged lke it was worn so many times. I bought shoes there because I trust the quality, I mean even the inner sole is not fitted properly. I went to the store and the manager told me it is wear and tear and can't exchange it. The pair was R1099 and wear and tear in one day? I think Nine West is ripping us off, selling us cheap branded shoes at a ridiculous price. I have a few pairs from there and I have never been disappointed with their quality before that's why I went there in the first place. Well they have lost a customer.
