Payment that was not link into my account

Good day

Please find the attached copy of proof of payment that was done on the 18th December 2012, waterfront branch

The payment its not yet in my card as I was querying this since last year together with waterfront staff, they faxed all the documents u requested and I also do that, nothing happened and I didn't received any feedback from the RCS department I called again on the 24th Jan 2013 after I received the letter informing me my account is in arrears. And when I called they told me I didn't pay for December. RCS department sacks they don't care about the customers and even when I calling them they transfer me to different departments put me on hold for longtime they don't know what are they doing their customers service is very poor they don't know how to assist the customers.

Please attend this matter as urgent and I need a feedback within 48 hours
