On Monday the 28th of February i sent my sister to go and buy tickets for the Bafana Bafana semi final in Moses Mabhida stadium (Dbn). She stood in a very long queue for almost 5 hours waiting to buy the 6 tickets i had sent her for. She gave me the receipt and i went to a Spa in North Beach to print out my tickets.
Only to realise that they had given me tickets for a wrong match in Nelson Mandela Bay on the 2nd of February. When my sister went back today to the same Spa in Kwa mashu to ask for a refund since tickets were sold out at that stage. She learned that it was not just her but other very irate customers were there for the same refund. Yes the R540 has been refunded but we get to miss the game that we really wanted to go to. We had made plans with other family members to go and enjoy ourselves. I am disgusted that a staff member can give people wrong tickets and cause them to loose out on going to the stadium to support our team. My sister does not even know Nelson Mandela Bay and could not have asked for such tickets. I really feel that Spar was a little out of their depth with the Afcon tickets next time it should be left to the computickets that are tried and tested.
