Hello Peter,
i had a credit card with Old Mutual Bank near Rose Bank, the account was handed over. i then paid the account in full, payment were made directly to Old Mutual account via EFT, last payment was made on the 25th of May 2011.
Since then i have been harrassed by Nedbanks attorneys for the same credit card i have faxed and emailed proof of payment to then to no avail, when they received my proof of payment they tell me i must contact Old Mutual to update their system. Nedbank has listed me but they tell me to go to Old Mutual that doesnt make sense to me at all. i had called the credit card department of Old Mutual they transferred me to their leagal department the legal department transferred me to the Finance department no one seems to be able to assist me. this issue is now affecting my Bond aproval, since both Nedbank and Old Mutual are pointing at each other and not resolving the matter. i am in desparate need of help, please see if you can not assist get to the bottom of this matter.
