Surplus payment still not received

Good day

i have applied for my surplus in 2011. i received a year later December 2012 my statement. i have completed all necessary documents and emailed back in December 2012. i received confirmation in January 2013 that everything is in order and my documents is going to process for payment now, which will take 6-8weeks.

Months has gone passed and still no payment, only to found out in October 2013 the documents that was sent via email was supposed to posted and not emailed nobody informed me until i called them again. i have posted the document and it was confirmed in November 2013 that everthing is in order, once again and my documents was forwarded to payment department in order for them to process my money to be paid out which will take 6-8weeks.

Till today i have not received my payment

Can you please assist urgently.
