I wish to congratulate you on your very friendly, intelligent and helpful staff member Joshua.
I ask for Joshua by name for service as I know that my large format printing will always be on time, correct and done extremely fast. Furthermore he is always friendly.

Unfortunately he does not really work with the clients directly (he does not work in the front of house) and I sincerely wish that you may give him the opportunity to do so in the near future.
