My Daughter spotted a jacket that she really loved on the 6th of October (Sunday), so when I went back to enquire on Monday at the Eastgate branch because the Park Meadows branch did not have it. I enquired at the cashiers counter at Eastgate if they had the size I needed elsewhere, there was one at Carlton Centre.
Well due to the fact that I do not have an Identity account, they were not able to delivery it from Carlton Centre to Eastgate even though I offered to pay for the petrol so they could delivery it to Eastgate. Sorry not possible, you need to open an account with them before they can assist you.
I am a paying customer and the item I requested was quiet a bit of money but why aren't there measures put in place to assist customers who cannot afford to open an account??
