I visited the store by default on Saturday. The mall was really busy, and I had been looking for either a Vodacom or Samsung shop. I recently purchased a Samsung S4 and was having trouble getting my whatsapp downloaded and installed. I had been back to Vodacom and they could not sort it out for me so I was a bit frustrated already.
Even though I had to wait a little while, I was greeted immediately by the salesperson. The person that assisted me was Johan. He knew exactly what to do. Not only did he manage to sort out my whatsapp - he also asked which other applications I needed and assisted me in getting them sorted out as well. I had a friend with me who was having a different whatsapp related problem, and he also helped sort out that problem.
Although he was attending to us, he acknowledged customers as they walked in and told them he would be with them in a moment. He was professional, courteous and very knowledeable!
What a pleasure dealing with someone like Johan. He helped me even though I was not there to buy or had not bought something from their store. I plan on getting a few accessories for my phone, and will definitely go back there to get it. THANK YOU Johan.
