I went for a upgrade on 5/08/2013 I upgraded from a Black Berry to a Samsung S4 Mini. After 3 weeks I had it at Vodacom (bad service) and I lost all my foto's and video's because they had to do a soft-wear upgrade. 3weeks later I was back at Vodacom because my phone keep on saying "safe mode" so all my WhatsApp Facebook ect is gone! Now I have 2 send it in for 2 WEEKS!! I can't be without my e-mails and WhatsApp! My business will not allow it! I need a new phone asap! I can't struggle like this!
