HORRIBLE SHOCKING EMBARRASSING Service

I don't even know where to start.

i bought a light white see through shirt on Friday 25th Jan and when i got home i decided to fit it on. The shirt was a small size so i decided to take it back today Monday the 28th.

TJO!!! i got a shock of my life after being their customer ever since they opened the Woodmead branch.

I was told that i wore the shirt and its dirty and cannot be returned, yes i did wear the shirt when i was fitting it thats why i was returning it. What are fitting rooms for? don't we wear clothes to fit them?

The attitude from the manager was something else, she then called the regional manager who was even worse and insulted me over the phone.

She told the manager to take pictures of the shirt and send them to her and they were laughing over the phone whiles I was there.

I'm so disappointed by the level of service they gave and to think half of my wardrobe i bought on that shop, the whole thing makes me wanna give all those clothes away and "word of mouth I'm prepared to do", I'll be telling everyone i know what a bad experience i had at Jam.

Can i please have the contact details for the Jam head office... this is too shocking for words
