I walked in at the shop and the trainee who is supposed to register customers as they walk in and allocate number to a consultant just sat there and did not even acknowledge me when i walked in. the store was not even packed so i was the only one walking at that moment. i later went to the other employee who was on the floor trying to get help, only then did the traine asked how can she help. i asked her why she did not acknowledge me as i walked in so that i would know where to go..she just gave me.attitude. I later asked the other employee who the trainees name was and she.said she.does not know her since the trainee was new.i later asked her who the manager was and she said the manager was not in. that was really bad service and waste if my time. I ended up not getting the 3G that i wanted and have to waste timr to go to another mtn or even consider going to.another service provide
