I emailed Woolworths Customer Services on 22 Sepotember 2013. I contacted them early last week as I had had no response. I was told they had no record of my mail, even though I had every reason to believe that it had been sent.

My queries were

1) Whether the soya yoghurt they stock contains milk cultures. It does not say on the container that the product contains milk, and the only allergen stated is soya. There was a comment on Vfoods Facebook page stating that the starter culture was dairy. The yoghurt is labelled vegetarian, by which I am led to believe that there is milk in the product, that is not mentioned in the labelling.

2) Whether the W Brand Shampoo that used to be stocked in the supermarket had been discontinued. I have been unable to find it, although the Hand and Body Lotion and Body Wash are still in stock.

On the same day I also spoke to a lady regarding the WW online site. It has recently been upgraded and customers are now able to filter their search by colour, size and brand. Under Womens-Lingerie-Bras, the size filter only goes up to 32 C and under Collections 16. When I tried to ask the lady if she could get back to me she had already put the phone down.
