I went to the restaurant this morning and told Jenna that I was unable to have any milk due to my lactose intolerance but that I would still love to have a cup of coffee with soya milk. Jenna organised the soya milk for me, without hassle and went out of her to do it. Thank you so much for great customer service with a smile.
