SPAR ran a promotion dated 22/01 -3/02 in which they advertised several product. 1 being the Spar longer lasting milk 2l @ R15.95. However, I drove from spar to spar and was informed that this stock was never received and that there is no milk. I contacted spar on 6/02 and was helped by Katelin on the customer care who advised milk shortage and that the promotions are printed 3 months in advance. however, the milk is now available and that the offer will extend for the next week until 10/02. I went to spar and were ADVISED that they are not aware of this and regular pricing applies. I contacted Spar customer care on Friday 8/02 and spoke to ZEE who promised to get back to me by 10 and that she needs to confirm this with the brand manager. I contacted her at 14h05 and she apologised not returning call but that she will respond my cob. To date no word. It amaze me that the milk was UNAVAILABLE DURING THE PROMOTION, however, was available the monday thereafter. The arrogance of not even returning complaints are really concerning as I was promised resolution by Friday and it is now Tuesday. I want Spar to honour their promotion as I drove specifically for this product.
