On Woolworths Sticky Pork Ribs packaging, the indication on the Glycaemic Carbohydrate Information is that per every 100gr there is 6gr Glycaemic Carbohydrate of which 6, 1gr is sugar. How can there be more sugar than what there is Glycaemic Carbohydrate in the product.
This information is vitally important if you are on a carb counting diet due to being a diabetic which is my condition. This raises the concern and question, how reliable is Woolworths Typical Nutritional Information on their products?
The same problem is also with Woolworths milk.
It has also come to my attention that Woolworths different milk's Glycaemic Carbohydrate values varies very much, when traditionally milk hardly varies in Glycaemic Carbohydrate values irrespective of full cream or fat free. So what does Woolworths add to their milk that causes these values to vary so much?
On 25 July 2013 I reported the incorrect Glycaemic Carbohydrate Information to Woolworths, and 25 days later have yet to hear from Woolworths.
Not what one would expect from premier retail brand, Woolworths.
