POOR SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBLE

I had an account with Joshua Doore and it was a NO Deposit period which was in December. Because of a mess up on their billing side, they were supposed to start billing me in Feb/March the following year but only did so around June and included the deposit amount on my statement because it wasnt a NO DEPOSIT period. Foe months they kept sending me my statement with this "deposit" amount as an arrear.(I was on debit order by the way). I kept calling and speaking to different people regarding fixing my statement and my account as i thought it would reflect badly on ITC and so forth-therefore messing up my credit score! After months with no HELP i decided to settle my account with them so I WOULD NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. And a couple of months later i asked my bank for a home loan and guess what??? Joshua Doore had a default under my name on ITC and they have the nerve to tell me they would send a paid up letter after 3 days because of a backlog in Durban!!! I will never ever deal with this company again!!! Poor service and bad attitudes!!! They are completely wack!!
