I hate reporting bad service but wow one just cant avoid it... I went to Ackermans Goldman's street today and WOW what horrible service they have there. I stood in a queue with less than 6 people infront of me for almost 30 minutes!!! Then finally I get to the till and there is Rebecca, no energy, doesnt greet (never mind the greet ur customers with a smile) she just doesnt acknowledge that you are standing infront of her. Shes slowww and kept staring into space as if she expected me to disappear infront of her. Then she discussed something with her collegue next to her forgetting that I wasnt there to visit but to shop and go... NO people skilss at all. No Hi, please or thank you. I know its not her company BUT for 's sake that's her salary right there. Im disappointed as Im a regular shopper at Ackermans (Jabulani, Goldman. Clearwater, Westgate) u name them. Or maybe clientele is getting huge and Ackermans doesnt appreciate their customers... Disappointed indeed
