The guy works as a packer, and in many occasions I've seen him going out of his way to assist a customer regardless how busy he was. I work for a financial institution and customer service is the key to the business' success. I've learned a lot from this guy, about customer satisfaction. THIS GUY IS AT THE WRONG DEPARTMENT, I THINK HIS COLLEGUES CAN LEARN A THING OR TWO ABOUT SERVICE. He deserves to be given a platform to implement service ideas for the shop as he's the champion in my opinion.
