Consumer feedback - So at the beginning of Sept 2013 I contacted Decoland PureDecor to inquiry about a sales advert which I wanted to purchase - anyway took them a good while to get back to me and when they did they said no they will forward me the invoice for payment - I waited and waited and waited so weekly I sent them an email following up on my order then in this week they advertised on facebook something again and I inquired about my order which I placed nearly a month ago anyway they then wanted to smeer off on me something I didn't have in mind and demand payment before delivery which is understandable anyway when I asked them 1 question regarding the item I get the following email sent to me

1- you ordered bed set and not duvet cover!!!
2- we haven't received a proof of payment from you
3- we don't like your attitude!!!
So tell me is this the way they treat their clients - I am totally disgusted
