I am trying this as a last resort before I contact head office.
I placed an order for a Kobo ereader on Sunday the 12th of January. I chose the delivery slot of 9am to 3pm on Tuesday the 14th and gave my work address as my delivery address as I knew I would be there.
3pm came and went and I phoned the call centre, only to be told that Mr Delivery would be delivering it around 5pm, at which time I would not be at work.
I knew I was going away for three days from Wednesday to Friday and thought that they would deliver my item while I was away, but low and behold it has not been delivered.
I'm really at my wits end about this. I phoned again yesterday morning and was told that it would be looked into and I have yet to receive any info regarding my order.
If I don't hear from anyone this afternoon, I will have to try and jump the chain of command or something in order to get my information.
