I have sent numerous request to Edgars to close my account that has been paid up over 6 months ago.
First they allocated my monthly payments to the wrong account and took them almost a year to realise their mistake. When finally corrected we requested that the account be closed, which we were assured that it was. Not to our surprise nothing was ever done.
I have received no feedback whatsoever, when I call the Call Centre there is always some lame excuse why they cannot help me.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Seems like they are very eager to take your money but when it comes to closing or paying up your account they just ignore you.
