Very good service for online shopping

I wanted to place an order with [URL Removed] on Monday 25th March, and had a little hiccup when trying to pay via Debit card, but saw the option to pay via ABSA eft. The order was duly placed and confirmed via email, and I just waited for delivery. The call centre contacted me yesterday afternoon as they could see that the order payment had been rejected and changed by myself, the lady who called was very polite, when I told her that a pin had not been sent to my phone, she asked which service provider I was with, and said she would look into it. Later that evening I received a courtesy call from the Delivery services to confirm the delivery address and ask what time would suit to deliver. Bang on time today, the goods were delivered, and within an hour I received an email to say that the delivery had been done. This is really good service, the likes of which have been sadly lacking by most companies for the past few years. Very impressive, and will definitely deal with [URL Removed] again and will feedback to my friends and colleagues as well.
