I place an order on the 25th June, paid up on the 28th June 2013. Sadly, till today I haven't received any good news of if my order will reach me or not.
At first, i had a problem with my order being cancelled whereas I paid it up in time and emailed the proof of payment to [Email Removed]
2nd, i spoke to a list of your contacts who told me different stories about finding my proof of payment
3rd, one of your team member told me that the shoes i ordered were out of stock but later apologized to say they are in stock when I asked him how come the shoes are still appearing on your webpage
I later received an email stating that it is the invoice of the order.
The following day I wanted to know how is my order, then I was told it left your warehouse which was on Tuesday, 02 July 2013. On the very day I was expecting shipping confirmation email which never came through but yet again I thought of giving it a day.
On Wednesday, I waited for the entire day but nothing came through except emails from Zando sales.
Friday, I opened Zando page to chat to consultant once again to track my order. Z'Don was told me he cannot see where my order is and who are to courier it to me.
