A few weeks ago I had 2 exact incidents at 2 different clicks stores.
this is the 2nd
I was a regular at Clicks Rsbnk wher I used 2 buy Minoxidil 5% for abt 3-4 months
It was there tht I was told tht i didnt need a script for it.
when i tried 2 buy it at Clicks Glen i was told i needed a script
i asked the colored lady at the counter if there was anythng she could do she asked the white guy (pharmicist) & he insisted he needed a script
I went back the nex day wit my script & was told tht it wasnt in stock
i wasnt happy & told the white guy (pharmicist) tht i was in the store just a day before & tht it was an unacceptable story he then told me "HE SOLD THE LAST OF IT YSTRDY & I COULD TAKE HIS NO. & CALL HIM 2 FIND OUT WEN IT CAME IN!? "
He then checked his computer & rudely stated tht the PRODUCT DOESNT EXIST ON HIS SYSTEM AT ALL!!
So he sold an item yestrdy but it dsnt exist on the system?
It appears tht the staff @ clicks think everyone is a complete!
I made 2 trips for nothng & thn i get my intelligence insulted wit half wit!
Wit such blatant dishonesty i dont expect u to do anythng but both stores told me 2 go 2 DISCHEM & I will i wont shop at clicks ever!
