I bought a brand new bed from House & Home in December 2012.
After the bed was delivered we needed to get bedding. I popped in at Mr. Price Home in Bayside mall. To my regret.
The entire colour gave off on our mattress, duvet, pillows everything.
The said they will sort it out, NO response.
I left SEVERAL messages for Quality Control's Isabelle Morree, send SEVERAL emails NO REPLY.
Again this morning I asked Marion to get her manager to call me... still no reply.
I keep on phoning and driving around ON MY EXPENSE.
I got another set of bedding... that again went loose and washed the colour out.
I have NEVER received such shocking service, attitude, bad quality and never minding people.
I have so many Mr. Price home things that is up to sh(&^^&%^& because of bad quality.
We support your business because once apond a time you did have good things, now it is
just a bunch of made in china cheap nonsense!
