As a daily routine i shop at the mr price store at the gateway shopping mall, i came across a skirt that was on mark down so i quickly went to cash it as i really liked it, however when i went to pay for it i encountered with an extremely rude arrogant cashier she was a black female (mbali gumede) the superviser (name noyvo) stood there listening to the vulgar and arrogant behavior doing nothing to put the matter under control.the cashier used vulgar terms on me and my friend as if she was doing us a favor she also threatened us by saying 'are your having a big mouth with me? 'i will take this further to the police if not resolved with an immediate effect... this really fraustrated me and when we asked for the manager she insisted the manager wasnt available but when we look around turns out the manager was in the back room...(name pranesh jagesser) he also didnt handle the situation in the correct manner he also behaved as i stoled the item i still have the discounted skirt with the label that was put as a markdown.i would really like to see action taken towards this as i feel very humiliated towards the poor customer services i recieved.
