I purchased a denim skirt from Jet N1 City on the 4th of January, I often buy from Jet and never fit on any garments as I know my size and being in a hurry I took the skirt in my size, checking the hanger and the price tag, got home, took the price tag off and put it in my cupboard. Saturday the 11th when I wanted to wear it I noticed that this size is wrong, I did not have the price tag or the slip, but tried to return in, as one could see it was not worn. I asked the cashier if I could exchange for the correct size, she just said no as they need the price tag to resell, she then went to her supervisor to confirm, my husband was standing close to them, which she obviously did not know, as the supervisor asked which customer and she showed to me, the supervisor then said just tell her no! It was my first time having to return something at Jet and I really feel they could have exchanged it and just got another price tag printed?
