On 8 Jan at approx 17:40 i purchased a top from the store. I got home later tried it on took it off immediately a& put it back into the bag to exchange the following day for a bigger size. Today 9 Jan my friend and i went into the store to exchange the top and do get some other items i had put aside the previous day. The cashier called the store manager as there was apparently a mark on it. i explained to the manager that i must have bought it that way as i only tried it on and took it off again. She wasn't interested in what i had to say & refused to exchange the top, the cashier said that she had checked it the day before when i bought it. However she also confirmed that there could be a slight possibility that she might have missed it. The manager still refused and said the following: I KNOW YOU WHITE WOMAN! Being so shocked after what she said i grabbed the bigger size and put it in the plastic bag. She then threatened me with the police and said that she is calling the police to arrest me - but for what? my friends daughter was so traumatized by her behavior that she had to take her out of the shop. I dont even care about the top the fact that she has racially insulted me is
