I shop regularly at both Legit store in Middelburg, I bought a long skirt form the store down town this was on the 22nd of December 2013, on the 24th of December 2013, I noticed that the skirt was ripped, I was on my way to the Legit store at the mall, I wanted to return the skirt and showed the cashiers the rip and said I would like a money back, she agreed and needed authorisation from the manager, the manager approached me and said that i need to go back to the Legit store down town, with a very bad attitude, infront of other customers, I told her that Im here at this Legit store now, and that this is not acceptable, she then said 'your buy there, you will return it there" i will not take this skirt into my shop as i will have a stock loss on my shop, as the customer this is not my problem at all, I would have not minded to go back to the Legit in town but her attitude was wrong, please do check the video footage of the manageroutrageous behaviour towards me. I hope that this will be addressed.
