We bought Milano couches (cash) from Bradlows last year and one of the couches got damaged. It took more than two months for it to be collected for repairs. It was returned last week and we noticed that it had a dent on the leather. Willy from the Elandsfontein warehouse said he was going to send someone to fix it. This was on Friday 01 November 2013 and we have not head anything from him. We do not get any joy when calling the warehouse for assistance but just attitude, even from the manager Ally. Please can some one assist us as we even want to be given a new couch all together. The staff at the Festival mall branch have been great but they cannot do anything when the warehouse is not even listening to them. Please, please, please help!
