I bought a 4 piece lounge suite and a home theatre some time in July/August from Bradlows in Jeppe Street, JHB. months later I then complained that I was not satisfied with the condition that the 2 big sofas were in as they were still new but they pressed down when we sat on them, I was transfered from department to department but non of them helped, I had reported this matted to the sales person person kabelo, months later they came and took 1 sofa for repair, but i had reported to them that i it 2 big sofas am a having problem with, when I aked kabelo why was it only 1 Sofa taken he said he doesnt know he told the people to fetch both Sofas, they returned it and still i was not satisfied a nd complained again, i still havent been helped, my account with this shop is now in arrears nad they are calling me non-stop and when I asked them why should i pay when I am not satisifeid they are always telling me they will log a quesry even today they still are, there was a point where i was told that Bradlows is a third party and JD is their Supplier, but I bought goods from them not JD. please help me because I want those damaged sofas to be replaced, not even repaired.
