Good evening. Towards the end of January 2013 I settled my woolworths credit card account with MBD. The balance was R180. I phoned in and was asked to fax my payment receipt to Kedibone. I phoned in after a day of faxing my proof and Kedibone confirmed that she received my fax and that my account was paid. She promised to post my paid up letter and to date I have received nothing. I need MBD to please send through my letter and also update my status at the credit bureau. I need my letter asap.
