I had an account with RCS cards and paid it in full on the 15th May called RCS and was told the payment dis not update I then sent the proof od payment through last week and when I contacted them today they advised me it hasn't been updated I now have unpaid debit orders for an account I have settled and I now owe the bank 200.00 I am very upset that my request has not been sorted I have had to call about 10 times and still nothing is sorted the service is terrible.
