My account is being debited on a monthly basis by MFC in respect of my account that has been settled in full and final on the 15 March 2013.
i noticed that my account at the end of the month (march) was debited and immediately contacted the MFC offices, i was told to forward proof of payment etc, which was done by the 08 April 2013, thereafter i was informed that i will be contacted.
Trusting that i will be contacted, i had left the matter and by the 25 mailed mfc once again to query.
Thereafter i had sent numerous emails and been calling a number of times but have not been assisted.
At the end of april, my account was again debited, despite me having queried and called that i had paid the account as it stood on the 15 March 2013.
i have been dealing with R Mhlangu and a MR Anton Paulse, who now are giving excuses that they are currently changing systems and cannot assist due to the computers being down.
surely the systems have not been down since March, when proof of payment was sent???
i would like to be re-imbursed as every month being debited despite the account being fully settled, has set me and my family back as it is an amount that i have not budgeted for.
