My husband & I purchased a very expensive table from @home the Glen!! we where told by Slavia the sales consultant that it had just arrived at the factory & would be delivered in 5 days! It's 2 weeks later & we still have no table!!! We called about a week later after we had purchased the table Slavia said she would call back & never did! Eventually we had to call the factory ourselves & they did not have our table, it wasn't even in the country!!! They told us they will phone back immediately and guess what! They never did!! We've called the glen to Speak to Slavia or a manager @ where told they only start work at 10 & to call back then! We called again at 10:30 and where told this is AFRICA TIME!!! Call back later!!! @ home is supposed to be a very upmarket store!! And every time I have been there I've just experienced utter!!! People pay a lot of money there and get the worst service ever it's disgraceful!!! please can somebody help we just would like our table that we have paid a lot of money for:(
