The old and too familiar story of Pick n Pay repeats itself again. They advertise goods on special but the shop in Hartbeespoort don't have stock.
The last experience I had was in the beginning of December. They advertised a glass kettle of which they didn't have stock. Their normal procedure in such a case, is they write the product and your particulars in a black book and they promise to contact you as soon as they get stock.
In more than a month I haven't heard anything from P 'n P. This happened more than once in the past. This time I phoned the customer care line 7 days ago to report it. Up till this point no response from them either.
