I am following up on the complaint I have submitted on the 4th of October 2013, I have.been told that my query was going to be investigated. Two weeks have past and I haven't heard anything from tfg representative. I don't know how possible can this be that they can take so much time to investigate one account which has no transactions.can you please help again I need to know what my correct balance Is and also need a correct account statement reflecting all corrections.
