Interest charged for Edgar's mistake

My account was incorrectly converted to 12 months interest bearing for no reason. Edgar's told me it was corrected but my account is still being charged with interest. Im closing this account immediately, I'm tired of Edgar's incompetence messing with my finances and credit record!
