Just wanted to share my recent experience with HiDirect who I purchased a new phone on my TFG account.
I emailed the centre inquiring about their stock etc who replied within an hour and arranged who a call to proceed. Veon called me from HiDirect who was friendly and informative, I was then emailed confirmation and courier tracker number within a few minutes for the call. Veon did tell me it can take up to 6 days for my phone to arrive however it was here in 2 days. Happy customer service experience.
