So I had a booking last week Friday (26/07/2013) to have a Tracker System installed into my vehicle. When making my appointment the details recorded were that the Agent would arrive at my house at around 10:00 and would be done with the installation close to 11:00.
Chris (the agent, GT199) arrived early, 09:15, and was done with the installation by 10:15... Was very impressed with his promptness and quick and efficient service. Very friendly gentleman. A great asset to your team, and does the Tracker name proud! I'm a first time customer, and this was a great first time service experience.
