I purchased a Samsung galaxy note 8 from Incredible Connection Gateway. The best price offered by the staff member was R7500. This was after continuously consulting with management in a back office. I was informed that their exchange policy does not apply to tablets. Their were not even prepared to show me the tablet until I have paid for it. Great was my surprise to find that Samsung in Gateway was selling the same item for R6400 and Incredible Connection in Westgate for R6999. Thus be aware of Incredible Connection in Gateway and if possible take your business elsewhere.
I do not believe that they deserve to format part of the Incredible Connection group as their business ethics is highly suspect!
