I don't want to get too into detail because quite frankly I am completely OVER Makro in general.
I have made THREE phone calls to Makro to request that a statement of my account gets sent to me and I have received nothing as yet. I fail to believe or understand that/why I should call for a fourth time.
The second phone call I made the consultant told me that statements are now being emailed by default. Still I have not received my monthly statement by email and also not when I asked her to send me one and also not after my third phone call.
Please explain this to me...
