I went to Midas to buy two products, Radiator Seal R28.07 and head lamp globe for R33.33. I clearly stipulated to the salesman that it was for a Corsa Lite 2005. When I received the lamp from dispatch, it looked rather different so I asked him AGAIN to confirm if it was the right product before paying for it and he said that it was definitely the right product. Because of a previous experience at the same outlet, when they provided me with the wrong globe; I know for a fact that electrical products such as globes are not returnable besides the drive and effort to return to the outlet is not worthwhile and rather frustrating. Either the staff are incompetent or they are doing this on purpose for an ulterior motive?
