My complaint relates to two orders. The first included various damaged books, despite undamaged packaging (clearly they were packed by Kalahari in a damaged state). I let this slide. I then ordered electronic equipment. On opening the box I saw that it was not packaged correctly in the original box. I then checked and saw the seal on the other side of the box was broken. Clearly this was used or had been previously opened. I sent an email to the support desk and received a reply confirming that a support ticket was created (03 Sep 2013). I followed up again and again received confirmation (13 Sep 2013). That was it. Confirmations and no action and nothing more. I have been a customer for very many years, but I cannot do business with people who ship product in this state, particularly if they don't care about it!
