I went to the Highveld Mall store looking for scatter cushions. We arrived and were looking around and needed a price of a particular cushion as there was not a price on it. The store has approximately 5 people working there are not one of them wanted to help. We had to ask for assistance, but that is not the worst part. When we went to the counter to pay the person behind the counter answered a question my wife asked and then simply walked away. We had to ask three times if someone was going to come and assist us in paying for the goods we were trying to purchase. A client purchasing goods is what keeps the store open and the staff in a job. The staff at that store have don't care attitude and it seems like a customer just interupts them from their conversations. I want this issue sorted out and I don't want the usual I am sorry or it won't happen again. Everyone knows that is just a way to get rid of us. I want the head office to sort this issue and I want a letter of apology for the appauling service that was given. I want this from the staff as they are the cause of the problem. I also want feedback regarding the matter and I will advise people not to purchase there.
