I'm so disgusted with the treatment i have received from Edcon i had an account many years back that was handed over to the layers BUT I PAID MY ACCOUNT IN FULL AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT now i applied for a new account and was declined their new policy states if you were handed over even if you paid the account in full you can never again apply for credit according to the call centre agent it makes me feel like a criminal everyone made a mistake once in their life why must i be punished for the rest of my life
