So I thought I'd give Dischem the benefit of the doubt and sent them a query on their website instead of using Hellopeter first. I should have used Hellopeter as it seems to be the only way to get VALID feedback.
I bought a Bathroom scale from Dischem Norwood on the weekend only to find a part missing when I got home.
I mentioned this on the Dischem website. Judith replied stating that I should take it back to Dischem Norwood and that they would exchange it for me. I replied that since this was the last one, is she sure / did she check
Unfortunately you cant reply to your initial query and have to log a new one
So today I called only to find out that this was the last Bathroom scale.
Had they bothered to check with the branch first instead of telling me to go fetch another one, I wouldnt be in this predicament.
Next time, FIND OUT if there IS stock before firing of a standard reply!
I want a non defective product or a refund and I promise never to shop at Dischem again
